A new marketing director for this client emerged with fresh ideas about how to leverage video graphics for their business. Based on some conference calls and brainstorming we came up with a list of 15-20 video assets that were must-haves in the coming weeks. The content of these assets varied from immediate short term seasonal promotions to long term messaging that could be used throughout the year. To complete the project I gathered assets from our existing library, sourced new assets from external vendors, and delegated several key elements to external partners.
